Position Overview:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the store and the engine behind its success. This isn’t just about selling — it’s about leading a team, creating an unforgettable shopping experience, and turning first-time visitors into loyal fans. We need someone who blends retail savvy with leadership charisma and has a deep appreciation for both fashion and people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a small-but-mighty sales team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service
- Create a warm, welcoming, VIP-level experience for every customer who walks through our door
- Drive sales through styling, upselling, and developing local relationships
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Set and track performance goals, to identify opportunities for growth
- Partner with ownership on promotions, events, and visual merchandising strategies
- Stay on top of current fashion trends, resale value, and designer inventory
- Handle occasional consignor inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales is not required but super helpful (luxury or boutique experience strongly preferred)
- Leadership and coaching experience
- Passion for fashion and sustainability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Confidence using POS systems and basic tech tools
- High standards and impeccable taste
