Job Position: IN-TAKE MANAGER
Work Hours: 30 hours per week Minimum 12-7 or 12-5 shifts
In this position, you will be the Managing the In-Take Team and the overall Consignor liaison, in charge of procuring (welcoming) the most fabulous clothing, handbags, and accessories for our store.
Management experience is preferred but not mandatory however leadership skills, the ability to praise, encourage and speak enthusiastically to others is required. Organizing skills and the appreciation of efficiency and systems will be an added benefit in this position.
Fashion or Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory however a good understanding of brands, designers, and trends is needed. You will be selecting the best of the best of what our Consignors bring in, so our shoppers have on-trend, current, clean fashions and accessories to purchase.
This is a fun and fast paced position as you will be looking through hundreds of items daily and selecting those items that you feel have the highest re-saleability. You will be coordinating with the In-Take Team on best procurement practices and enthusiastically & politely communicating guidelines to Consignors.
