Return Policy

We hope that you absolutely love your new Calvin Klein duds or Coach purse, but we know sometimes you need to return items. Below are our policies for purchasing with us on our website and in our store.

Purchases made on our website:

Local shoppers:
-Items may be returned within 24 hours of receiving package or instore pickup.
-Items must be returned with it's original tag attached and packing slip
-We will happily give you a full refund (less any shipping charges if applicable)

Out of state shoppers:
-Items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your package. Please email us as soon as possible if you would like to return your item(s). Return shipping will be your responsibility.

Purchases made instore at Gild the Lily:

-All sales are final
-Men's clothing and shoes may be returned within 24 hours with receipt and tag intact.
